Phil Cox - Town Council Candidate

Phil Cox		My name is Phil Cox and I am requesting your support in running on the fall election ticket as a member of the Republican Party for a town council position. I have lived in Plainville for 25 of my 35 year years and have assumed an active role in the community. I have volunteered with the Plainville Little League for over 8 years and have been involved with the youth football program for 4 years as well and now serve as the president of that league. I am married with 2 kids who are currently in the town school system. Professionally I am a Strategic Business Unit Director at The Stanley Works in New Britain, CT. My reason for running for the council is to become more involved with how our community is managed and run at the local level. I am a supporter of attracting new business to the town while maintaining our current base of business owners. I am also a supporter of our school system and youth programs in town.
